Context

From 2016 to 2019 I was Head of International Implementations at AXS, an AEG Worldwide company, based in Dallas. The book was venues and teams, domestic and international.

Named accounts on the resumes include the O2 Arena, Wembley Stadium, Staples Center (Crypto.com Arena), Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the LA Lakers, the LA Kings, and AEG Mid-Atlantic, alongside more than 40 others.

Problem

Massive-scale infrastructure launches across markets are fragile. Long cycles, cross-cultural teams, and a calendar set by the building. The cutover is the product the client feels.

Approach

I restructured the implementation and change-management methodologies, and I ran that work with cross-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams across global markets.

I also led product discovery, the roadmap, and delivery for the Yahoo! Japan joint venture. The launch covered the Japanese Professional Basketball League, the SoftBank Hawks, and other Japanese venues.
