Enterprise SaaS for Broadway, the West End, and beyond

I directed strategy and execution for Nliven, the enterprise platform behind Broadway, the West End, and QPAC. Client outcomes and the platform trajectory contributed heavily to a $120M acquisition.

Context

Nliven is TixTrack’s enterprise SaaS platform. While I was Head of Product it powered ticketing businesses on Broadway in New York, in the West End in London, and at QPAC in Queensland. For those businesses it was core operating infrastructure.

Problem

Enterprise clients in those markets need reliability on a show night, capabilities tied to outcomes, and a reason to stay. Theater calendars do not pause for a migration window.

Approach

I directed strategy and execution. I was the primary executive advisor to the C-suite and to senior client stakeholders, and I tied platform capabilities to outcomes and retention.

The team was 8 full-time engineers, 4 contract engineers, 2 designers, and 1 product manager. That roster is the one on the public resume.

Client outcomes and the platform’s trajectory contributed heavily to the Nederlander Group’s $120M acquisition of TixTrack. The price is the company’s. The resume claim is a heavy contribution through those outcomes and that trajectory.
