About
Operator, then the platform, then the agent.
I am Andy Schaefer. I live in Plano, Texas. I have worked inside NBA and NFL ticket operations, on the vendor platforms those buildings run on, and now on enterprise AI at Jump Platforms.
The public title is Director of Product, Enterprise AI Strategy. LinkedIn lists Principal PM, Enterprise AI Strategy. I joined Jump on February 22, 2023 as Director of Implementation. I am still employed there. This site is a portfolio and a home for prototypes. It is not an exit announcement.

How I work
01
Live the workflow first
I want the operator path in hand before the software prescription. Suite night, box office, and cutover weekend are the same instinct: watch the work, then change the system.
02
Agents need a system of record and a person
Agentic AI is useful when it can act inside the system the team already runs, and when a person previews the change before it is live. Governance is part of the product.
03
Change management is the product
Enterprise cutovers slip when the plan is a configuration checklist. Training, rehearsal, and the day after go-live are the delivery.
04
Measure value, not the launch date
A go-live is a date. Value realization is whether the workflow actually got shorter, and whether people still use the new path a month later.
